Tourism in Salta:
Program

Day 1
Reception in Salta Airport (it is recommended to take the 6:30 plane so as to arrive at 8:30 am). Brief stroll through the city and departure to Cafayate going through the Quebrada of Las Conchas river a gigantic natural monument with different and attractive rock formations. The amphitheater and the devil’s gorge are some of them.

Day 2
After visiting a typical “finca” (farm house) in the zone, that produces Torrontes grape, we continue through the Calchaquíes Valleys to Molinos where we plan to make a stop to lunch and visit it’s church. In the afternoon we will go through Seclantas where we will see the famous looms.
During this day we`ll see little and pintoresque villages where vineyards reign until finally we arrive in Cachi.

Day 3
Breakfast in the early morning and departure to Salta City going throught the Recta del Tin Tin, Cuesta del Obispo and Valle Encantado. Arrival in Salta in the afternoon. Reception in the hotel and visit to San Lorenzo and the environs.

Day 4
Early in the morning, departure to San Antonio de los Cobres following the Tren de las Nubes`s tracks. Arrival to the viaduct of the Polvorilla.
Lunch in San Antonio de los cobres. Afterwards we retake the road to Salinas Grandes, in Jujuy, where we can make a stop and enjoy their immense Cerro de 7 colores (7 colors mountain) and the artisan fair.

Day 5
Early in the morning, departure to Iruya through the Quebrada de Humahuaca. Visit to Uquia`s church , the Pucara de Tilcara (indigenous ruins) and Humahuaca`s cuckoo. After lunch we`ll satr off to Iruya where we`ll arrive in the evening.

Day 6
Treking in the morning and picnic in the zone. In the afternoon, return to Salta undoing our steps. We`ll go through Jujuy in a brief visit and we will arrive to Salta through a cornice way (Yunga`s way)

Day 7:
Free morning and in the afternoon, transfer to the airport to take the 20.25 p.m flight.
